The ViewPoint Listing Package

  • Our professional photographer will come to your home and take gorgeous photos and accurate measurements using a laser tool. If necessary, we'll also update or capture street view imagery for your area using our own camera car. You may also choose to have a professional video tour prepared for a separate charge.
  • Our team will then do five things: (1) write a property description that makes your property stand out, (2) put all your photos on ViewPoint.ca and the MLS® System* (if applicable), (3) put together an advertisement on ViewPoint.ca for your property in your area, and (4) provide a professional lawn sign for your property.
  • If you choose Full Service or Exclusive, one of our professional REALTORS® will prepare a Comparable Market Assessment (CMA) then meet with you to discuss pricing strategy and set up all the paperwork.
  • Your property will automatically appear on the ViewPoint.ca map with four distinct differences from other properties: (1) a ViewPoint sign will appear on the map next to your property, (2) you will appear at the top of all searches in your area, (3) your property will appear on the ViewPoint Featured Listings page and (4) your photos will be much larger than others.
  • Once your property is listed, ViewPoint.ca users and MLS® REALTORS® can request a showing with just one click – on the ViewPoint.ca site and (if applicable) on the internal MLS® System* only REALTORS® can access.
  • Those driving by your property can get your description and photos using any mobile phone with a browser – no “apps”, no text messaging, no complex codes or web addresses.
  • Each week our system will send you a comprehensive property report with the activity on your property (number of clicks on ViewPoint.ca and realtor.ca (if applicable), number of showings) and what’s happening in your area (recent sales, comparable properties).
  • The term of the listing agreement is 6 months or until the property is sold, whichever comes first. For Exposure+, if your property remains unsold after 6 months, you may renew the listing for $450.
