Issues signing in?

Make sure you have confirmed your email address. If you haven't received a confirmation email, check your spam or junk folder to make sure the email wasn't redirected.

How do I register?

Go to this page, and fill out the short forms. We'll require your first and last name, and your email address.

Why do I need to confirm my email address?

We confirm your email address to prove you are a real person.

How do I update my account information?

Updating your account is simple. Click the User Settings button in the sidebar panel to view your options.

How do I cancel my account with ViewPoint?

Deactivate your account by emailing us and we’ll do it for you. Currently, there is no option for you to delete your own account.

What if I've forgotten my ViewPoint password?

If you’ve forgot your password, go to the login page, click the link that says I forgot my password. It’ll take you to another page where you enter your email address and we’ll send you instructions on how restore it.

Why do I need to create an account?

Registration is required before you can access sold prices and listing data. This is a regulatory requirement. You will not be called or solicited if you register.
