The basement was completely renovated including new vinyl flooring everywhere except for the new three-piece bath that has new ceramic tile, all new drywall and mouldings. Laundry room was added and roughed in by a licensed plumber, new energy efficient ductless heat pump with two heads (one on each level), new 12’x 8’ shed, the huge backyard was extensive landscaped, and a new pressure treated wood fence to fully develop the 16,800 sq foot lot.
