Heating is provided by a dual wood/electric central furnace as well a two new ductless heat pumps on the main floor for both heating and cooling. Additional cooling is provided by two air conditioning units in the guest rooms. Outside, in addition to the private front deck, surrounding lawns and 6 car parking area; there is a fully fenced yard surrounding the Inn’s entrance and a large deck with BBQ, seating, dining and a new 6 person hot tub.
