I recently bought land in Malagash on the Northumberland Strait and asked ViewPoint REALTOR® Spencer Hammond to represent me (I looked for a ViewPoint agent because my family in Nova Scota always references the ViewPoint website as the best for searching for property).

Spencer was a wonderful find! I have bought and sold land before and these transactions don’t bring the REALTOR® much in terms of commission vis-a-vis what they’d get in a transaction involving a building. I got virtually no support from my realtors in those previous transactions.
