This lovely Church sits on a slight hill with concrete steps up to the main entrance, inside is a beautiful main chapel with an altar and area for the choir and a small room off to the side. The basement is both concrete frost walls and stone and houses a furnace and oil tank (both needing replacement), the electrical is a 60amp service. This property has no well and septic. There will be an easement in place for the continued maintenance of the cemetery by the parshiniors who will be allowed to enter the grounds for this purpose.
