PreList is Discontinued

As of October 1, 2011, our PreList product has been discontinued.

Why?

PreList was introduced at a time when there were few options available to sellers to get broad exposure without signing up for a full-service listing on the MLS® System.

Since then new rules have come into force introduced through the Competition Bureau. Sellers now have access to a number of options from a number of providers to secure a "no services" or "mere posting" listing on the MLS® system, providing excellent exposure for a low cost.

To replace PreList, we have introduced our Basic listing package, which offers even more exposure than a "mere posting" on the MLS® System alone. This package also has two payment options - one up front and one on close - providing even more flexibility.
